Collie Man Kush

Collie Man Kush

Some genetics come into the library and move straight into production. Others stick around for a while, waiting for the right moment. Collie Man Kush has been sitting in the Bosky library for nearly four years, and we finally decided it was time to let this one out.

Bred by Humboldt Seed Company from Humboldt Reserve OG x All Gas OG, Collie Man Kush was originally created for the band Slightly Stoopid. That alone gives it a pretty great story, but the genetics back it up. This is a loud, unmistakably OG-driven cultivar with heavy gas, diesel fuel, and the kind of sharp, lingering funk that makes you go back for another smell.

Collie Man Kush came to us during the earliest days of the company, when Bosky was still getting off the ground. Nat and Ben from Humboldt Seed Company gifted us the clones almost four years ago, and we’ve kept them in our genetic library ever since.

Nat was also one of the people who genuinely showed up for us in the beginning. He didn’t just provide genetics. He offered advice, made himself available when we needed help, and even connected us with one of his top METRC and compliance specialists to help us navigate some of the less exciting, but very necessary, parts of getting a licensed cannabis company up and running.

Those kinds of relationships matter to us. The plant has always been built on people sharing genetics, knowledge, and connections, and Collie Man Kush is a reminder of that part of Bosky’s history.

We could have released it sooner, but we never felt the need to rush it. These genetics stayed in the library while we continued building Bosky, refining what we grow, and deciding which genetics deserved their moment.

Nearly four years later, that moment is here.
